McCallum PC4 Long Green Practice Chanter

The McCallum PC4 is a long Polypenco (plastic) practice chanter designed for pipers who prefer a larger, more bagpipe-like feel. At approximately 22″, it features extended length compared to the PC2, promoting better posture and hand spacing similar to a full-size chanter. Crafted from durable Polypenco, it withstands heavy use and is ideal for both learners and advanced players. The PC4 includes a quality practice reed, often Frazer Warnock, producing a clear, steady tone. With countersunk holes for realistic fingering, it’s excellent preparation for transitioning to pipes. Available in black and coloured options, it combines durability, comfort, and authenticity.

We reserve the right to send some parcels direct from the manufacturer. Piano deliveries will be made to ground level only, or upto 5 stairs. If more than 5 stairs are involved, or a full staircase please advise us prior to sale and we can price the additional costs involved.
