About Haydock Music

Haydock Music Ltd was established in 2002 and aims to provide the best possible service and pricing available in the musical instrument retail industry. The business is run and owned by Alistair Haydock who is himself a musician playing saxophone, clarinet and piano. Alistair is always available to speak to customers, we feel this is important in todays market place.

The company has very strong links into the school education market servicing most of the UK which lets us know what the good products are in the current market place enabling good advice to be given to our customers. We also have the luxury of having Geoffrey Haydock on the staff (ex principal clarinet of the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra) who is available to help with questions on woodwind selection, repairs, tuition and service.

Our sales team is enhanced by Mary Lou Graham as our string specialist and sheet music buying. Mary Lou has worked extensively in the music industry as a player and organiser. She currently runs the Haydock Music School and BMYO (Bearsden and Milngavie Youth Orchestra. We are delighted to haver her as part of our team. We also have Grace McCabe who looks are web programming and sells in the shop. Grace is herself a singer song writer. The team is completed by Iain who looks after all our accounts and Chris who is our guitar tech.
