Training you From the Beginning. Even at the very beginning of your journey there are tools that will help you succeed as a drummer. The DTX module comes with 10 built-in training functions to help improve your abilities and keep your timing tight. One of those is the Pad Gate Function that will train you up gradually over time, right from the start. Want to be able to drum roll around the kit like a pro? Use the Fast Blast Function to measure your speed, or if funky grooves are more your thing you can use the Rhythm Gate Function to foster a precise sense of rhythm. The recording function built in to the drum module gives you constant insight into your own playing, furthering your knowledge and enhancing you as a player.

Intuitive Learning Experience. DTX482 Touch is a new intuitive training app (Android/iOS) that will modernize your learning experience in an enjoyable and easy way to follow. Using the challenge mode function, you can play along to the built-in training tracks like a game. Once you've defeated the final stage, you'll receive a certificate of achievement from Yamaha that will grade you on each genre. The app also works with the Rec' n' Share iOS app so you can perform your favourite music and share it with your friends to show off your cool new drumming skills!

The challenge mode is only one piece of the DTX482 training app, you can also fully customise kits to meet your own individual preferences and watch video tutorials for practice exercises - giving you a more familiar interface when learning new skills and customising your sound.

Compact and Easy Setup. The DTX482K comes complete with a high-quality silicone triple-zone snare (XP80) for varied dynamics and feel, 3 toms, 2 crash cymbals, ride, hi-hat and pedal- as well as a realistic-feel kick pad and pedal instead of the quiet pedal featured on the DTX402. The new, sturdy and compact frame will ensure the drums take up minimal space, as well as remaining stable and secure while playing. The simple assembly of the frame means less time building and more time performing, so you'll be up in minutes and enjoying all the interactive features the DTX Module has to offer.

The DTX482 features a redesigned rack that provides a solid foundation for your setup, and allows the additional flexibility to place the snare drum and hi-hat in a position that feels most comfortable for you. You can adjust the height and angles of the cymbals and drums for easy use by anyone, making this a great starter kit for small children too.

Expand Your Possibilities. Hook the module up to your computer via USB to expand your kits further with MIDI capability - giving you the option to use your own software and sounds with the pads.

The creation of the contract between you and us will take place at the point the goods you have ordered are dispatched from our shop to be delivered to the designated address. We reserve the right to send some parcels direct from the manufacturer. Piano deliveries will be made to ground level only, or upto 5 stairs. If more than 5 stairs are involved, or a full staircase please advise us prior to sale and we can price the additional costs involved.
