The cello will be hand selected for you and will go through a full set-up to ensure that you will receive a high quality instrument. To finish, a final check is carried out before the cello is sent to you in prime condition.

As your goods are dispatched from our shop we will send you a dispatch confirmation email, please ensure you give us the correct email address for communication. The creation of the contract between you and us will take place at the point the goods you have ordered are dispatched from our shop to be delivered to the designated address. We reserve the right to send some parcels direct from the manufacturer. Piano deliveries will be made to ground level only, or upto 5 stairs. If more than 5 stairs are involved, or a full staircase please advise us prior to sale and we can price the additional costs involved.
