As your goods are dispatched from our shop we will send you a dispatch confirmation email, please ensure you give us the correct email address for communication. We reserve the right to send some parcels direct from the manufacturer. Piano deliveries will be made to ground level only, or upto 5 stairs. If more than 5 stairs are involved, or a full staircase please advise us prior to sale and we can price the additional costs involved.
