The creation of the contract between you and us will take place at the point the goods you have ordered are dispatched from our shop to be delivered to the designated address. We reserve the right to send some parcels direct from the manufacturer. Piano deliveries will be made to ground level only, or upto 5 stairs. If more than 5 stairs are involved, or a full staircase please advise us prior to sale and we can price the additional costs involved.
