For Violin, Viola and Cello: Their in-house blends of choice raw materials have been specifically developed to match the requirements of the individual instrument to optimise adhesion, whilst minimising unnecessary noise, creating a seamless blend between bow and strings. Larsen Strings Rosin is available in two recipe variants for violin, viola and cello. Rich Amber Original and as Larsen Red. The Red rosin contains more pigment and so players usually find this a more sticky rosin. Please Note: Rosin is a natural material. Larsen rosin, in common with most naturally derived non-synthetic bowed instrument rosins, may cause an allergic reaction with some players.
