As your goods are dispatched from our shop we will send you a dispatch confirmation email, please ensure you give us the correct email address for communication. The creation of the contract between you and us will take place at the point the goods you have ordered are dispatched from our shop to be delivered to the designated address. We reserve the right to send some parcels direct from the manufacturer. Piano deliveries will be made to ground level only, or upto 5 stairs.
